Conversion · Order value · Subscriptions — for founder-led e-commerce
For brands that want to scale hard & move fast.
I find exactly where your store is losing sales, then fix it in weeks, not quarters. You work directly with the person doing the work: no account managers, no seven-meeting approval chains.

01 — Symptoms
Your store is losing money right now. Quietly.
Here’s a typical supplement store, seen by a first-time visitor on their phone. It looks fine. Keep scrolling and follow them from the home page to the cart.
The first screen says nothing.
A generic promise, nothing that sets you apart, and no proof. No reviews, press or studies.
The menu lists products, not outcomes.
Too many generic categories. People shop for “sleep better” or “more energy”, not “minerals”.
The collection is a maze.
A bare title, no filters, and the same product listed again and again instead of once with variants.
The product page doesn’t sell.
Photos show a bottle, not a result. Nothing justifies the price, and no guarantee sits under the button.
Subscribe for… 10% off?
No reason beyond a discount, no idea when you’ll run out, and bundles that never show their value.
The cart fumbles the finish.
Clutter instead of one clear step to checkout. No free-shipping progress, no add-ons, no subscribe upgrade.
Found. Ranked. Patched.
18 leaks on 6 pages. The Store Diagnostic finds yours, ranks them by cost, and we close the worst first.

You just watched 0 bills fall. A real store doesn’t show you the count.
02 — Second opinion
Agencies are built like hospitals. I run a trauma bay.
An agency has to fund an office, a sales team, managers who manage you, and a bench of staff waiting for the next project. That’s what your retainer pays for, and most of it never touches your store. When projects dry up, the payroll doesn’t, so every client also covers the quiet months.
I don’t have any of it. You pay for the work.
Faster. Better. Leaner. No bloat means you don’t have to pick two.
03 — The care team
One doctor. The right specialist on call.
I do most of the work myself: the diagnosis, the strategy, the offer, the pages, the tests. When your case needs a specialist, I bring in a hand-picked freelancer from my network for exactly as long as the job takes.
So you get the best available person for each part of the job, not whoever an agency has free this week. Nothing waits in a queue, and you never pay for a bench.
[One or two lines on your background: years in e-commerce, the kinds of stores you’ve worked on, a result you can name.]
Strategy · CRO · offers · AOV · subscriptions · testing · delivery. I own the outcome.

04 — The equipment
A scalpel doesn’t make you a surgeon.
AI is a big part of how one person outpaces a whole agency, and I use it openly. But hand the same tools to someone without the experience to aim them and you get a very confident, very generic store: the same forty “best practices” everyone else copied. The speed comes from the tool. Knowing where to cut comes from having worked on a lot of stores.
The scalpel (AI) — speed
- Reads reviews, session recordings and analytics in hours, not weeks
- Drafts copy, test ideas and page builds at speed
- Handles the grunt work, so none of it lands on your invoice
The surgeon (me) — judgement
- Knows which of forty “best practices” will actually move your numbers
- Spots the leak a first-time visitor feels but can’t name
- Decides what to fix first, what to test, and what to leave alone
Can’t you just ask ChatGPT? You’ll get the scalpel: a long list of plausible fixes. You won’t get the diagnosis: which three matter for your store, in what order, and which ones would quietly break your checkout. That’s the part you’re hiring.
05 — Your free store diagnostic
The Store Diagnostic.
You can’t see your store the way a new customer does. You know it too well. So I become that stranger.
I land on your store as a first-time visitor who has never heard of you, and I try to buy. Every moment of doubt, confusion or friction, from the first screen to checkout, gets recorded and ranked by what it’s likely costing you.
- A screen recording of my first visit, with my commentary
- A leak map: every problem, ranked by what it costs
- The three fixes I’d make first
- One call to decide what happens next
URL, a few basics, and whether you can say yes on the call. That’s it.
A recorded walk-through of my first visit, plus a leak map ranked by what each problem is likely costing you.
We go through the biggest leaks together. You leave knowing exactly what to treat first, whoever does it.
06 — Read the label before booking
Not for everyone. On purpose.
Do not book if…
- You need to “loop in” four people before anyone can say yes.
- You want a 40-page strategy deck before a single thing ships.
- You’re collecting quotes to pick the cheapest one.
- You think a slow “maybe” is safer than a fast decision.
- You’re happy with how your store converts. (Genuinely: good for you.)
Book right now if…
- You’re the founder, or you can sign off without asking permission.
- You’d rather fix a leak this month than debate it next quarter.
- You judge a partner by revenue recovered, not hours billed.
- You make decisions on the call, and you expect the same from me.
- You’re already doing well, and you want the next level, fast.
07 — The waiting room
The most expensive room in your business is the waiting room.
Every week spent “evaluating options” is a week your store keeps leaking at full price. Put in your own numbers. They never leave your browser.
$1,151 a day, every day the fix isn’t live.
Stop the waiting35% is the average lift in revenue per visitor my clients achieve; 10% is a conservative case. Both assume your traffic stays the same. Illustrative arithmetic, not a promised result.
08 — Patient intake
Find out what your store is costing you.
Tell me where to look. I run every diagnostic myself, not a junior and not a bot, so I only take on a few each week. You’ll hear back fast.
I’ll take a first look at your store and get back to you with next steps. Keep an eye on your inbox.
09 — Patient FAQ
Questions, answered fast.
Is the store diagnostic actually free?
Yes. No card, no catch. It’s the fastest way for you to see how I think, and for me to see if your store has leaks worth fixing. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you: clean bill of health.
Do you need access to my store?
Not for the diagnostic. I only look at what a first-time customer sees. If we work together, I’ll ask for access then.
What happens after the call?
If we’re a fit, you leave the call with a clear scope and price, and work starts that week. If not, you keep the recording and the leak map. No follow-up sequence.
Why only founders and decision-makers?
Because speed is the whole point. If every decision needs three more meetings, the leaks stay open for months, and neither of us wins. I work best with people who can say yes or no on the spot.
What if I don’t hire you after the call?
You keep the recording and the leak map. Treat it yourself, hand it to your team, or come back later. No hard feelings, no follow-up spam.
You use AI. Can’t I just do this with ChatGPT?
You can get a generic CRO checklist. What you can’t get is someone who knows which three things on it matter for your store, in what order, and how to ship them without breaking what already works. A scalpel doesn’t make you a surgeon: AI makes me faster, it doesn’t replace judgement.
How can one person work faster than an agency?
No handoffs, no internal approvals, no account layer. I do most of the work myself and call in hand-picked specialists only when a project needs them. Fewer people in the loop means fewer places for work to wait.
Are you an actual doctor?
No. My patients are online stores, and my prescriptions are for conversion rate, order value and subscriptions. The bedside manner is real, though: straight answers, no jargon.
Which platforms do you work with?
